Becky Rawls-Riley, President
Becky Rawls-Riley is the founding entrepreneur and President of Operating Sooner, Inc. Since 1996, she has served customers who wanted to use software more effectively in their individual and business lives. Her philosophy is to teach other businesses how to fish—rather than providing the fish for them. Ms. Rawls-Riley specializes in working with business professionals to enhance their software skills, resulting in enhanced individual and team performance, and automating sales and marketing processes, resulting in more success in effectively reaching customers.
To enhance her ability to serve sales and marketing professionals, Ms. Rawls-Riley completed the following: Sandler sales training; Sage Software’s “Lead Generation Boot Camp”, “Owners Boot Camp”, “Sage Sales Academy Essentials”, “Value Pricing Boot Camp”, and “Helping Sales People Succeed”; the “ninety five 5” sales program; Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle Info-SUMMIT and SuperConference; and in February 2009 completed the “Creating Copy that Sells” by Bill Glazer.
Infusionsoft Certified Consultant was achieved in 2008 making Ms. Rawls-Riley the first in Kansas City. That program was enhanced and re-branded to provide a strong emphasis on marketing automation making it Infusionsoft Certified Marketing Automation Coach.
Ms. Rawls-Riley was an ACT! Certified Consultant from 1999 through 2008.
In 2005, Ms. Rawls-Riley earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and general business management from the Henry W. Bloch School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Ms. Rawls-Riley also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science management from Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa, and an Associate’s Degree in drafting from Indian Hills Community College. She also received an Associate’s Degree in electronics engineering technology from Hamilton Technical College.
Previous to starting Operating Sooner, Ms. Rawls-Riley had been in the computer field since 1977, working for such renowned global companies as Black & Veatch, Chicago Aerial Survey, International Harvester and Bendix, where she used, designed and implemented computer-based solutions and systems. She achieved expertise with computer-aided design systems, systems engineering, database programming, and data integration and conversion. She achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster level during her 10 years as a Toastmaster.
